The broadcast center stores nothing about visitors. Submission records are retained under the newsroom desk's published schedule — read it here. Unselected, declined and revoked intake records become purge-eligible after the published window; purges require operator approval, run against an exact record list, and leave a tombstone so the deletion is itself auditable. Legal, security and selected-record holds suspend purge and are never bypassed silently.
